An update of 10 Public high schools near Boxborough that I watch

Yikes! Long overdue update - sorry about it!

I’m in school mode right now though, since the new school term is starting in 2 months or so- Buyers with kids all frantically on the hunt for homes in the school district that they’d like to be in.

And here are the schools that I’ve kept watch:

Acton-Boxborough Regional High School, yet again on the podium for being the top ranked high school in Greater Boston. It’s no wonder bidding wars on homes in these towns remain particularly high in-spite of the cooling market.

If you live in Acton or Boxborough, it’s a great time to sell. My listing at 140 Patch Hill Rd in Boxborough went $156,000 over-asking.

Littleton remains the town to watch. The median price of single-family homes sold from 1 Jan - 27 June 2021 was $575,000. Today, that number is $820,000. A WHOPPING 42% Y-O-Y INCREASE.

Acton, in the same vein, stood at $814,500 a year ago and $923,500 today. A stark 13% increase, but pales in comparison to Littleton’s acceleration.

Check out its “Honor Roll” lists to have a look into the areas where different schools excel, along with a list of high-performing schools in areas with lower median home prices. 📣 Shoutout to Littleton! 📣📣📣📣
