Video: The House That Almost Got This Investor Flipped!
Buying a house AS IS is like buying a box of chocolates without knowing if you'd be buying the flavor that you like... or if the chocolates in there are even edible at all. It’s a risk that regular homebuyers wouldn’t undertake; but as for real estate investors, it’s often a key leverage that they use to have their offer on an off-market home successfully accepted.
Enough has been seen and shared that nothing much really frazzle investors these days. Failed septic, mold, termite, pests, asbestos… buried bodies in the backyard, you name it.
Ok, I’m kidding about the buried bodies.
When I’d caught up with Sid and he’d excitedly shared with me about an interesting project that he’s working on, I knew “interesting” was just a cloak for “s**t has hit the fan”.
I knew it would make for good content. 😉
So check out this video of us where I went behind the scenes of this off-market purchase with real estate investor Sid Gehlot, and find out what surprises he's discovered since his purchase of 312 Prospect St in Cambridge!
